They work with me on my check in time but had to pay 20 dollars to get in early.hope they work with me because I didn't know that I have book for the same date on my room hope they will let me change it to today.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly I was alone all by myself and didn't know where I was I had never been to Fresno before and they were able to help me figure out the city bus and everything they even stored my stuff while I went and had my visit and kept it safe for me while I was gone I'd love to stay there again there was a point in my trip or I thought I was going to be stranded and I was crying and the manager was very nice she sat there and told me everything was going to be okay and not to worry all around just wonderful people I was very happy with my stay and can't wait to see them again

The Staff there is what keeps me coming back! Shakil & Mile are absolutely amazing! They are very helpful, understanding and always greet me with a smile! They truly make you feel comfortable and make me feel like family! Those 2 are the only reason I keep returning!

The over all cost is the best around. And the staff are wonderful I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend staying there to all my family and friends

There was no breakfast but the location is right by freeway and is good for going out at restraunts

Staff was excellent overall cleanliness of the room awesome customer service by the maids and all staff and management as well as the owner came out and greeted us but very welcome and like family would recommend this place to anyone also recommend staying there if you're going to a Fresno State bulldogs game

Was helping someone who was injured and the staff was amazing in helping us for the night. Place does not look like much. But it is full of compassion and love.
